QuestionI can’t seem to figure out how to get my printer setup up to “Scan To Computer.” I want to be able to just load documents onto the scanner, select can to computer, and it loads then straight to my computer for me to save them.

- Answer What worked better for me on Windows and Mac is to open Mac Preview app or Windows Fax and Scan, load the document into feeder and then use either of those programs to scan and save as a pdf or jpg, etc. works amazingly well that way.

- Answer I cannot answer that because I cannot get the printer the scan from my Windows 11 computer. An HP representative had to remotely install an HP Smart scanner so I could scan from my computer as that is what I do all day - scan documents.

- Answer It should work fine with WPA3. I currently pair this printer with my Google Nest Wifi Pro 6E with the WPA3 enabled and I haven’t had any issues with it.
