- Answer Hi, Unfortunately the printer is not e-Print enabled which means you cannot use the e-Print or AirPrint functionality which both work over wi-fi and not bluetooth. - Answer The WiFi adapter for the H470 is not compatible with this printer. At this time, HP does not have a solution for adding WiFi connectivity to this printer model.

QuestionBought this printer for home use when on temporary assignment. It ate the very first sheet of paper fed to it. Its wrapped around the spindle and there seems to be no way to clear the jam. I was unable to print a single page. how do I clear the jam?

QuestionWill this printer print black ink documents (no color) with only a black inkjet cartridge installed? Or does it need both cartridges installed at all times to work properly?

QuestionHow would you copy a paper document?

- Answer To make a copy of a document without a scanner, just get the document in good light on a flat surface, and from directly over it and without casting a shadow on it, take a picture of it without flash if possible. Then go into your photo editor, crop it, and adjust the fine tuning, save it as a PDF, then print the PDF file. Beats a sharp stick in the eye.

- Answer Yes this printer is ideal for travel and one precaution that needs to be keprt in mind is that the printer should never be stored upside down or on it's side and should be transported right side up to avoid the print cartridges from leaking and thus air drying the spilled ink hardening it and damaging the print heads. I send this little printer off shore and they put it thru hell and it just keeps on printing.
