QuestionI had my 3 color cartridges refilled at Costco. Now my printer does not recognize them and I get the error code "cartridge problem" remove and reinstall. Costco said they replaced the chip when they refill the cartridge. Is that why I am unable to use?

- Answer Not sure, I would check with Costco to see why it is not working. I only use HP cartridges.

- Answer Yes, you have to use the touch screen on the front panel. Touch the word copy document or blue tab that is title copy. You can use feeder also.

QuestionDoes this printer scan from the document feed tray or do you have to manually load originals on the glass? If you can scan from the document feed is it capable of scanning 2 sided documents as well? Thanks! Heather

- Answer You can scan several pages from the ADF (Auto Document Feeder), but it is single-sided scanning. So, for two-sided scanning it would be a manual task of scanning both sides of any pages needed.

- Answer I have printed on premium photo paper(which is about the same thickness as the lighter card stock) and it worked fine. Hope that helps
