QuestionI get a message: There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a non-empty cartridge. I have tried 2 new 962XL Cyan cartridges and the same message comes back. If I have GEEK SQUAD protection, do I bring it in?

QuestionI bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e wireless All in One Inkjet printer in January from Best Buy. I've moved and am now renting an Xfinity router. After running the wireless setup wizard it says it's connected but it's offline. It won't print. Help!

QuestionFor a HP 9015e printer. When I send a fax, the printer doesn't show each page that it sends (ie 1 of 4 pages, 2 of 4 pages.) It just calls fax number, nothing happens. You have to wait until it says, Fax successful. How do you know the fax is going thru?
