“How easy is this printer to set up? My last printer required the involvement of Brothers customer service department and even with that it took nearly 2 hours. Also, how available is HPs customer service in the event they’re needed? Thanks.”

• Thanks for your question! HP printers are very easy to set up. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 comes with a setup poster to assist you. Using your PC or a SmartPhone, you can set it up by going to 123.hp.com and follow the instructions. It is a very quick, simple setup.

• If you followed the quick setup and know the WIFI password, it should not take more than 15 minutes. That is once you put the ink in its proper place and do the testing.
