• A:Answer This is probably too late, but I would suggest opening it and reseating all the parts and connections that you can (e.g., that connect to the MOBO). It could be a RAM or power issue, but it more than likely is the GPU.

• A:Answer I imagine that both could be upgraded. The CPU would need to fit into an LGA 1700 CPU socket. And although you could upgrade the GPU, you might have to also upgrade the 500-watt power supply to support the new GPU.
