The video card in this computer is not certified for Solidworks or AutoCAD. You will need a workstation video card in order of it to be certified. Look up Nvidia Quadro or AMD Radeon Pro graphics cards for that. However, this would run Solidworks and AutoCAD, it just wouldn't be the optimal setup to work with it on a day to day basis.

Dedicated to rendering intricate graphics as a focus of what you're working on is one thing, trying to play graphic intense games while running solidworks is another. You must choose. Which do you plan on doing on a PC that was designed for gaming? Adding another stick of 16GB memory will be a solid investment. The video card should be fine.
