• Yes, you can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro either through the Microsoft Store on the computer or by buying the upgrade at Best Buy. You can upgrade the RAM up to 32 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM. There is currently 1- HyperX 16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM installed.
