very easy to swap or add hard drives - the solid panel pops right off and there are two drive bays ready to go. i did what you are asking about by pulling the 1TB drive that came with the system out, and replacing with a 2TB drive that already had my game files on it (steam stuff - you know what i mean) and adding a 1TB SSD in the second bay. Transferred the system settings from the "old" computer to this new one using TransWiz to migrate the windows 10 user profiles from the old machine and this freed up the 1TB SSD from the "old" machine to be used for game files on the Obelisk.

The existing 1 TB HD could be replaced easily as well. The HD slots require no tools. You can easily swap or add drives in less than a minute or two. As for the existing SSD ... it is definitely easily accessible. Replacing it would be a matter of finding the right type of drive.
