all of my usb and other ports work perfectly. could be a loose connection, wire inside the device. Suggest geek squad take a look.

I purchased this computer for my 14 year old son, month ago and while he did not complain about anything. My opinion is that all USB ports just have to work and some other complicated ways of using them can hardly to be . Why would developers need to make life so complicated for us! You just need to report the problem and if it possible, to exchange it ! Good luck to you!
