Is there any software or manuals that can be accessed without having to pay a fortune to get any help? It would be helpful if vendors would included that information with a new computer.”

hp.com will have complete manuals for you. Its slightly annoying if you have difficulty getting online but quite simple once your online.

Besides if you have an earlier version, like 7. I didn't find it too hard. This book is priceless with step by step instructions.
