Had the same issue out of the box. 1. Turn Off the WiFi with the Airplane Mode button near the backspace key 2. Get out a Network Cable & connect directly to your router/modem (you may have to run the "network troubleshooter" after that) 3. Go to the Device Manager, click the arrow next to "Network Adapters" 4. Right click on the one that has "Wi-Fi" in it's name & choose properties 5. Click the "Driver" tab, click "Update Driver" & follow the default prompts Worked on mine. If you don't know where any of those things are, just type it into the Windows Search & you should get there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Didn't have problem connecting WiFi. Naturally you need to sync with your wireless. but doesn't take more than 20 minutes since you need to add your WiFi password in order to work.
