QuestionHooking up wireless keyboard and mouseJust bought the computer and it will not connect to wireless keyboard or mouse. Is there something I am missing everything else works (printer/internet). Had to use my old keyboard and mouse to get it up and running.

- Answer Make sure you've inserted the wireless receiver into one of the usb ports and that its fully seated. Also make sure the battery protectors are removed from the keyboard and the mouse and the mouse is turned on.

- Answer I'm not sure it will open if it's not powered on. Once it is running though you should just be able to push the button.

- Answer No, you can't use it as a TV but you can connect it to an HDTV with an HDMI cable to a bigger screen if you want to watch a movie. Yes, there is a volume control.

QuestionHow does the Intel Core i3 processor compare to the Intel Core 2 Duo CPUI am using an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU now and it is getting quite slow. Pretty sure I need to upgrade. Checking to see if some can compare the Intel Core i3 processor with the Intel Core 2 Duo for speed

- Answer The Intel i3 is a 4 core processor, much more powerful than the Core Duo which is only 2 processors, you will notice a measurable amount of change and speed. Newer technologies in Intel has also added more security features in the processor for protection against online viruses and executable codes that can damage your whole system. Of course adding a video graphics card (an upgrade if you can put one in) to any PC is always a better option to get your PC running faster, those of Nvidia or AMD will work perfect. But bottom line, the Intel i3 Core is extremely faster than a Core Duo. Benchmarks are online, just look them up, you'll see the difference...

- Answer I've been using Autocad LT for a couple of days now on this computer and it works great. I tried using Autocad on a laptop with an i7 processesor and it was very glitchy. Would stick like crazy and the graphics would scramble. This computer works seamlessly with Autocad.
