• It comes with a trial program of Word which you eventually have to purchase.

• Mine came with a trial version. Very easy to load google docs and use that. Open office should also work.

• no this computer does not come with microsoft word or anything similar, that has to be purchased, but you get $20 off office with the purchase of a computer.

• No. U have to buy office from now on. But for basic use, u can always use Google docs

• No. You'll have to download a word processing program. I d/l Libre and it is working fine for me.

• It comes with what Windows 10 comes with and that is Write as well as access to a monthly subscription to Office at around $10 a month.
