I did ask the same question of the BB sales clerk when I purchased my all-in-one (but not for the same reason as you). She said that it could not go retro to Windows 10, because Windows 10 had never been installed on this computer, and there is no alternative operating system on the computer for Windows 11 to revert to. Apparently, Windows 10 cannot be installed over Windows 11. I'm sure a quick call to the Geek Squad can answer this question.
