QuestionSevere latency/delay (video/audio) when I bluetooth’d this HP with an Echo dot (3rd gen) and JBL Charge 2! Updated all drivers, BIOS, and had HP tech log in and give it a shot and they could not fix. Any idea why I cant get this thing sync w/video?

- Answer I had zero video/audio delay issues I paired both the Echo Dot and JBL Charge 2 to the Dell Inspiron. Video and Audio synced perfectly with the Dell. I sat the Echo Dot right on top of the HP case. Cannot get any closer than that and the video and audio still out of sync. HP tech said something about frequency. Doesnt sound right.

- Answer You can hook up two monitors but the options are HDMI and VGA. You'd have to buy an adapter if you use two of the same types.

QuestionIt says in description that this computer can burn and play Blue-ray discs. Is this correct? I’m confused because it says dvd-rw not blue-ray rw. I am looking for a computer that can play UHD videos easily.

- Answer This computer would run them fairly well. Not quite as well as a computer with a GPU but you could always add one later.

QuestionWindows 10 is not as user friendly as Windows 8 and I would like to know if there is a place to download a manual with instructions. The instructions that I had pulled off line don't coincide with my new computer's capabilities evidently.

- Answer I connected a 2nd monitor with a 6 ft. high quality vga cable. I'm getting full 1920 x 1080 on the vga monitor. I'm very happy with the resolution. It looks as good as HDMI to me.

- Answer The HP Pavilion 595-p0074 uses a 9.5 mm laptop drive. You should be able to purchase a Blu-Ray drive made for a laptop and use the adapter for on the current drive to connect it. Check the label on the CD/DVD drive for any clues as to the manufacturer to find a proper replacement.

- Answer Short answer: No, it definitely does not. Long answer: I bought a mid-level graphics card (Gigabyte 1060 GTX) and went to install it. Insufficient power supply (PSU), 310W, 400W needed, and no dedicated 6 or 8 pin connector. It was just past 30 days so I could not return the system. Ordered a 400W, non spec, PSU for the system. Graphics card works great, but extra wires on the PSU connector to the motherboard are causing the PSU fan not to spin eventually causing a short out and system shut down. Still trying to solve this as I am stuck right now with computer and PSU's I have.
