STOP DOWNLOADING TOOLBARS. you don't need a yahoo toolbar or an emoticon toolbar, etc. etc. etc. They let in Spyware and before you know it, all kinds of popups and virus's attack your PC. Find your Control Panel, find Add/Delete programs, you will see a list of programs - look for the very odd ones or anything with "toolbar" in it. Remove them, reboot your PC, you will be fine. Would not hurt to download and run Adaware (free), will help clean some stuff up. Also, last but not least, Windows Defender - download and run the Microsoft Malicious Virus Removal Tool - that should do it. Good Luck.
