• Heck no on the WiFi everywhere question. The WiFi doesn't work well at all.

• I believe that as long as clash of clans is available in the store then you can totally play it in tablet mode. I have not had any trouble connecting to the wifi everywhere that I have taken it

• This PC will play any games that have system requirements equal to or less than the specifications of this PC. I recommend contacting the software manufacturer of any games you intend to use in order to determine the system requirements for their software. Wifi is only available where wifi is on, this does not come with data standard.
