If you have a Smart TV, then you should be able to hook up to it through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Most Smart TV's have both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can attest to the futile process of wireless connection using your phone as a hot spot. I assume thats what your asking. If you have wifi in your house chromecast is a functional option that works. But you can not use your phones data to run it. You have to tether another device to your phones wifi, i.e. a tablet or laptop, and run chromecast off of that. I hope this helps.
