Can the battery on this HP be replace? null

Hey Nancy, i think you need to call HP to get an official answer to your question. if the laptop is still under warranty, then you can just send it to HP to fix it. If you want to replace it yourself then you should contact HP and give your model number and ask what battery the laptop uses and where you can buy the battery

The battery is not accessible without taking the laptop apart. If you needed to replace the battery it would be possible to do so, but it's designed not to need a new battery.
