Not very happy. Considering the price. It is slow and it crashes a lot. It freezes when I have about 3 things open. So dob try to multitask and listen to music. It won't work. Very disappointed. probably wont buy HP again. Good speakers is the only positive I can say

It comes with Windows 10, and it works, downloaded my phone, installed my visual Basic program and it ran just fine! This thing is tablet also! Has a very good camera and a microphone. I use it for ham radio comiucation also. It is for me a very usable machine and without the high price.

This laptop is so nice. I love the chrome case, sleek design and the touch screen. The keys are easy to read as well. Really happy with this purchase.

I bought this for my grandson, who has never really been interested in computers but needed one for general purpose writing essays for college and resumes for job hunting. It is perfect for what he needs.

I got this lap top for my daughter because she needed one for collage.She does her school work on it.Then when she is done she watches movies on it.

While browsing for a laptop online, I decided to choose a "certified open box" one that was a little less than the "new" price at a location that's approximately 25 minutes from my home. While setting the laptop up, I noticed it wasn't charging although it was plugged in. I eventually discovered my HP laptop had a Dell power cord that obviously was not working with the laptop. This disappoints me that something with the "certified" stamp on it doesn't mean you have what you're supposed to have in the box. Furthermore, it's an inconvenience that I have to find another hour window that I can head back to that Best Buy to get the right charger. It makes me wonder what else is wrong..??

I love the flexibility and longevity of the computer. It’s handy , cool and next level. I can use it as a tablet or computer I wonder if there’s a pen for it so that I can draw and write manually on it like an iPad.

Friend came from BB straight to me after purchasing this laptop for me to help set it up. Its unbelievable how slow this laptop is. This processor shouldn't be used with a 2-1 laptop. You open one thing for ex..Edge, the laptop's processor maxes out right away. Maybe in the late 90's early 2000 this laptop would have been awesome. But with Win 10 and a touch screen this 4GB of RAM and terrible processor laptop should not be sold in stores. They are definitely getting over on the Non tech people with this pos!! DON'T BUY!!

I got a Chromebook with my Samsung S9+ purchase, courtesy Samsung and Best Buys. Started using the device, limited memory and storage. I visited BB again and found this HP Pavilion meet my needs, touch screen, 500 Gigs of storage, Windows Ink compatible, etc, etc. I also wanted a small, light weight laptop that I can carry around on my trips that had the functionality of my other larger HP laptop. I am happy with this unit. To me, it beats the Chrome book hands down based on my requirements.

I got this product 3 days ago, so far its a nice well put together product. It's easy to carry with you and use for school or work (I'm using it for school) I like the screen touch and screen flip feature, I get to draw or write math equations on the screen while doing my homework. The only bad thing so far is sometimes it does get slow and freezes or sometimes it needs to restart. but overall 4/5.

I bought this laptop and the first time use was extremely slow, at first I thought things would run smoother as I set it up however, I had a hard time running even up to two things at the same time ex.( google chrome and Microsoft) which is frustrating as a student who may need to take notes or additional research. I personally feel it was just MY computer, I’ve had it for 4 months and it’s not getting any better. I would still recommend this to someone I just unfortunately got the 1 of several bad ones.

The main reason for getting this little computer was the size. No it is not smallest or fastest, but you can change out the internal components. With a couple of upgrades you can get this running pretty fast. In order to do so you would need to open the computer and change out the hard drive and ram. I changed the 500GB HDD to 1TB SSD and the 4GB DDR4 Ram to 16GB. Yes you heard me right, 16GB of ram on a single stick even though the manufacturer states 8GB. I used a Kingston model number KVR24S17D8/16 and it works perfectly. Now I use this as my daily driver for web surfing, photo editing and light gaming. What is not to like? It is small, speedy and can run photoshop and some games. Without the upgrades though, I would not had considered this laptop. Most laptop this size has non removable drives and ram. Thank you HP for making such a nice laptop.

Honestly overall it’s not a bad choice. I mainly chose it because I needed a small little laptop that didn’t cost to much. Now don’t get my wrong overall the laptop is perfect but I wish it was bigger and I honestly wish the processor was much faster than it is. Like the loading speed and how you use it literally lags and it may take a few mins like a delay and this laptop is still fresh out the box type new. But the battery life overall is incredible my other laptop “borrowed laptop” couldn’t last 2 hours without dying I love being able to be on the this laptop and not have to worry about the charger. Plus the speakers are LOUD and when I say LOUD sometimes it feels like I’m in a home theater because that’s how low it can get. Overall I give the rating of this laptop a 4 out of 5 stars. Mainly because as I said the slow processor hats the only thing that kind of takes the fun out of everything. It works and it’s fast when you aren’t running like like a whole arsenal of things at the same time but as it said it’s good. Forgot to mention I use it for online games so that’s like a probably why it can go slow at times but if you want s decent lil cheap but powerful and multitasking laptop this is your device because no matter what I put it through the lag may only last bout 10-45 seconds but it still gets the job done every time.

This laptop is pretty impressive for the price. I have had my iPad for about 3 years and it was getting slow and crashing. This laptop can do it all. Youtube, word processing, and its super portable. The processor is somewhat lacking, but all the features make up for it.

This is a nice and compact laptop. It was bought for the kids to do their homework and online simple gaming. It is not the fastest computer, but does the work that is needed. The price was great for a touchscreen laptop.

Easy to carry around. Touch screen is a bit "too" responsive, (but a travel size mouse works great for me). Good amount of storage and memory. BUT, Battery will not take you through the day.

So far no issues this laptop is ok for the price and very nice and light weight and easy to carry with you speed could be a little faster but over all it's ok

I love this laptop it stores just about anywhere it's the perfect size and I love that it is touchscreen my kids watch movies ok it when we travel it it's the perfect screen size and very HD Super easy to use I love that it also looks l Iike a tablet when the keyboard is folded back This is definitely a must have Great for the price

I purchased this laptop to replace a tablet that had quit working. I needed a small monitor for remote viewing my security system cameras. I had originally set up a tablet to do this but then it quit working. I bought this to replace the tablet and so far it has worked nicely. The top of this unit flips all the way around so it looks more like a tablet making it fit into the space the tablet was. Being a windows machine I can do almost all the things my desktop can do and sometimes even more. It is very light and easy to move around. As a general rule I like it.
