Yes it absolutely is. Purchased this for my wife and she’s been able to get all her projects done and use multiple screens for each class. Has an awesome touchscreen to use to scroll through instead of using her arrow keys. She has loved it and has been the best thing we could’ve bought for the buck for her college classes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say yes. I chose this for my niece that is going off to college. The one thing I did for her was upgraded the hard drive to a solid state drive (SSD). If you aren't familiar with them, they are much faster than traditional hard drives and have come to be as reliable (if not more so). I think they are absolutely worth the upgrade price because they speed up pretty much everything you do on the computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is an excellent laptop for a college student. My wife is in nursing school and I just purchased this laptop allows her to get everything done. She has online classes and writes papers does online release her with no problem. Also it runs really well with multi tasking screens.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no, this computer is awful and doesn't even turn on half the time...the hinges break, the screen breaks, the keys won't work....and best buy's answer to the problem is to send it out for 2 weeks at a time, so you won't have a computer for school.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m a college student and have used this laptop for about 6 months now. It gets the job done but the laptop is slow and WiFi connectivity is an issue but eventually it will connect.
