A:AnswerYes it absolutely is. Purchased this for my wife and she’s been able to get all her projects done and use multiple screens for each class. Has an awesome touchscreen to use to scroll through instead of using her arrow keys. She has loved it and has been the best thing we could’ve bought for the buck for her college classes
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out. The keys are recessed enough so that they do not touch when you fold the keyboard. There are also rubber feet that the computer rests on when it is in tablet mode.
A:AnswerThere are not as many USB ports as I would like -- they are in short supply. Also, there is no CD/DVD - had to buy an external drive and had to buy a USB hub in order to add the CD/DVD external drive.
A:AnswerThis computer does not have a GPU which is what would be useful when doing intense video, photo editing as well as playing games. I am sure you would be able to play fortnite on the lowest settings but it would not be near as good or as high an FPS as it would be on a gaming computer.
A:AnswerI am pretty sure this comes with a 12 month warranty. If under a year, contact HP, or if you purchased an extended warranty at purchase, contact Best Buy.
BTW, did you try starting in "safe" mode?
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out. While there may be similar models available, this model cannot possibly be found on the HP website or any other retailer. The M in 14M signifies that this model was designed and is sold exclusively on Best Buys website. Other models may come with the stylus but this model does not.
A:AnswerI had this problem as well ! I checked to see if it was the software and when I went to Geek Squad they saw it was a hardware issue and fixed it for me in a day!
