Thank you for reaching out. This computer, as well as nearly all computers nowadays, does not come with Microsoft Office. Microsoft sells Office separately from Windows 10 and it is available in two forms, Office 365 or Office 2016. Adobe PDF reader is not preinstalled but is available for free from Adobe. Microsoft has a built in PDF reader in Windows 10.
