You can add both....how much do you want to pay? Graphics cards for hdmi aren't cheap and you may need to upgrade your motherboard for a graphics card or get one with a better integrated graphics card that supports hdmi. Wifi is easy they sell cheap usb sticks that will give you wifi.

Good question. You can use a wireless USB adapter to connect to WiFi on this PC. Having an HDMI port means you will have to add a graphics card that has HDMI ports in it. I hope this helps.
