as long as you have above 180 everything will run fine. there is no harm in going way over your power requirements. the only issue with replacing the PSU is that it has very specific dimensions that you need to match for it to fit. you can change out the fan, however it is only a CPU fan so there isn't a lot of air movement in the case anyway just because of size. a bigger project would be adding inlet and outlet fans in different areas to have better airflow, but it shouldn't be necessary since this computer is very low power.
