These laptops do look identical, and I have wondered the same thing myself. I believe they are exactly identical, but have not cracked 2 open to find out. I have noticed that Best Buy, and some other retailers, are starting to get their own nearly identical, but slightly different products, with different sku numbers. The main effect of this I see is that they get out of price matching that way, because they aren't really the same product. I noticed this with the Plantronics Voyager 5200 headset. Best Buy has their own exclusive packaged version, with one more charger, and they price it high. Since they don't offer the same model as Amazon and other retailers, they don't have to price match.

They did say that the 13-ac076nr is identical to the 13t touch (y5w39av), except that the 13t is customizable, whereas the *nr will ship immediately
