Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That's the size hard drive I got. They got it out on accident and rang it up. They were looking for the 256 GB drive when I realized the difference and said I'd keep it. So, the answer is they have them, you may just have to make them look for it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought mine on Friday 3/20. Was expecting to buy the 13-4003dx, but the sales person pulled the 4005dx. She first said she mistakenly pulled the wrong one, but I said I wanted that one but thought it was not in stock. She said I could buy it if I wanted to, so I did. Got it home only to find out it is defective, (keyboard does not work in laptop mode, I think the factory soldered the sensor upside down). Called best buy and was 1. surprised it was in stock and sold. 2. Had no more in stock in store and warehouse. 3. Did not know when they would get more. So then called HP Tech support. now should get a replacement next week. Uggh! Great laptop though!
