• The differences are slight. The 13-4005dx was released in Spring of 2015 and the 13-4102 was released July 29th, with the Win 10 release. The 13-4005dx is slightly heavier (3.33lb) and comes preloaded with Windows 8,1. The 13-4102 is slightly lighter (3.17lb) and comes preloaded with Win10.... Good luck!
