• Yes, but the length of time is limited compared to regular video cameras. Still the quality of the video is good but I have not taken too many videos compared to the photos I use it for.

• The lag time for the wireless download would not make it feasible to use as a web cam. BUT you could. Not recommended.

• Technically, yes for the picture. BUT would not recommend it. It will sync to your phone / laptop / Ipad but the slight delay does not make it feasible. Also the sound will not sync.
