• After you unlock it, only then you can use it with T-Mobile or ANY international SIM Cards. Without unlocking it, it will only work with AT&T SIM cards/service.

• If you call carrier "UNLOCK" the device, it will work on the T-Mobile network.

• This is locked to AT&T. But you can easily get the unlock code by contacting them as you are paying the full price. You can use it will T mobile.

• All the phones have defective pink tone camera, are defective phones without warranty, if you want it can be unlocked.

• Probably not. Most phones are specific to that carrier. U could take it into the store and ask but the answer is most likely no.
