- Answer Hi there! The Venom 2 comes with and uses our 18V charger to charge its battery.

QuestionMy venom hyperice has to be charged often. I have 2 and they’re both the same Can you use it just plugging it into an outlet and not charging it?

- Answer Sorry for the trouble with your device! Please note, the Venom 2 products have a standard preset run time of 15 minutes per session. These are preset recovery default time settings. If your device shuts off after 15 minutes of use, this is normal and this is not a battery issue. You can connect your device to out app to customize your session and increase the time if you wish. QuestionThe heat doesnt stay constantly on., i have to wiggle around while wearing it to heat up, then the heat subsides again. its fully charged, im using the supplied charger, and i reset it several times. Is mine defective?
