- Answer If it has an installation disc yes I had to get one to install our printer software. Unless you can download it from the card website Hope this helps

QuestionDoes anyone have problems with getting a monitor to display the computer screen. My monitor keeps saying to change the resolution but I can't because the mouse and keyboard are unresponsive. The monitor won't display anything but Reboot. Please help. Thx

- Answer Maybe try switching to a different type of cable. NOT all PC allow certain things to work at first find the right cable and then change settings later! :D

QuestionSo I bought this for Christmas and I tried it with 2 monitors and both say "No Signal". Everything is connected correctly. I noticed I had instillation disks, but this model doesn't come with a CD/DVD drive...right? What's wrong? I have no idea what to do

- Answer You might have to change the input on the screen or the out put on the tower, see if it has multiple inputs/outputs

QuestionMy understanding is that this comes with the tower, keyboard, mouse, power cord. I planned on hooking it up to my HDTV via an HDMI cable, would that work with this tower? Beyond that, is there anything I need other than what is provided?

- Answer I have never seen a Electronic device come with HDMI cables, If you are wanting to connect with HDMI you have to purchase that extra

QuestionI bought the pc but is the keyboard backlit? i lost my little manual where it mentioned something about it. I know it has the two red lines on the sides but are the keys backlit or no?

- Answer Max ram is 32 GB, battery can put out 600watts, the graphics card is 4 GB which is a great you don'tneed to swap it out. I personally upgraded the ssd and I'm replaceing the processor. I recommend only upgrading cpu, ssd, and or the cpu
