QuestionThe computer turns on, all plugs are good, but there's no signal to the monitor. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

- Answer There are two hdmi jacks on the back. 1 for the motherboard and one for the graphics card. Try each one. Also try the Dvi connection. Did you try different cables?

- Answer It was already preinstalled on the one I bought. Just hook up an ethernet cable and you should be good to go.

- Answer Unfortunately, no it does not come with a disk drive, but I got mine for only 40 dollars at Best Buy when I purchased the computer. If you think about it though the disk drive does take up an off a lot of extra unnecessary space. I think it makes sense they left it out being that almost all games are able to be downloaded from online.

Questioncan you put more than one graphics card into the pc like a 1070 and or a 1080 gtx into it?

- Answer The motherboard does have two PCIE x16 slots, but there are a couple of caveats. One of the x16 slots only has 4 data lanes, so it's physically an x16, but electrically it's an x4, and as such it cannot transfer data as fast as a full 16-lane slot. Another caveat is power. Is there enough power for a second power-hungry GPU? And is there a power connector for the second GPU? The power supply is supposed to be 600W, so I'm guessing you're probably OK (I have not dug around looking for a second connector but I assume that it's in there somewhere.) FWIW, I believe I've seen assertions from the manufacturer that it can handle these cards. If you need a bigger power supply, that could be a problem, since the power supply is an unusual form factor. Probably most replacement power supplies will not physically fit in this chassis.

- Answer The BB website says 1 year, but I wouldn't rely upon that. The box that the PC came in also says 1 year, so that should be reliable info.

- Answer Mine has one on the motherboard, one on the MSI GTX 1060 3GB card. Both are DVI-D, not DVI-I. But, there is a VGA port on the motherboard.

- Answer don't use the hdmi that is near the motherboard IO that is not the right Port to hook it up, hook it up directly to the hdmi on the gpu.

QuestionWould it smart to let this PC sit on carpet, or would it be safer to let it sit on something like wood, cardboard, or anti-static mat?

- Answer I have mine sitting on carpet and have had no issues. It has fairly tall legs on it so even in carpet the bottom of the system is off the ground allowing airflow underneath. I would say you should be safe unless you have some seriously deep shag carpet going on.

QuestionOnly the solid state driver is working on this computer we bought 3 weeks ago!!!! Saying the memory is almost used up and should not be, I should have a lot of storage with 1TB of storage. Can you Please Help Me???

- Answer I think your downloading everything to the SSD. Change your settings in your browser to download to the hard drive instead. It should be volume D. Also install your programs to that drive. The SSD at that volume should really be used for booting up and critical things.

- Answer It depends on what settings to adjust it on but for most games even minecraft will run really smoothly if combined with a 144hz and 1ms Monitor . and yes it will record really well and is great for Editing aswell

Questioni cannot seem to be able to change the color of the LEDs I tried everything. how am I supposed to make it work ? the controller does not seem to have any effect on the light and I already removed the plastic from the battery aswell.

- Answer The power supply is, I believe 650 or 700 W , should power anything. Motherboard and video are both ASUS, I've already installed a sound card, took 5 minutes. It has glass sides, so you can just look inside and see.
