QuestionThe front panel headphone/mic jack does not seem to recognize it being there. How can I get it to work. The head phones work through the monitor itself, but not the mic. I want the front jack to work.

- Answer You have to click on the volume tab on the task bar, and configure your settings. It should pick up the microphone. I'm using a blue snowball mic it instantly made it my default.

QuestionIs it normal for the CPU fan to have a very faint shake but no noise. When I watch the sticker in the center when it rotates I can see the fan shaking very slightly I want to make sure it's not a defect from when it was shipped to the store.

- Answer I would get two sticks of identical RAM to whats in it unless you wish to buy 4 sticks of different RAM altogether because I wouldn't mix and match. And the RAM should be no more than 2666mhz if you kept the i7 9700f processor
