- Answer Asrock z390 phantom 4S-IB Gaming RAM is 2x8GB 3000 XPG Gammix D10 SSD is an AData SU630 Wish it had a better SSD but there is a bootable pcie NVME slot available. It's not bad just not the fastest out there compared to everything else in the kit. All good parts, nothing cheap, well built.

QuestionI got this pc recently and everything is running smoothly however the fans at the front don't light up they are running except there is no lighting for any of the 3 i've used polychrome to see if i had to turn them on but that didn't work either

- Answer open the windowless slide and make sure all the cables are connected to the RGB controller (that's the little square box sitting to the left of the cables and is screwed to the frame).

QuestionHello, I just wanted to know if it is possible to change the liquid in the cooling and how. And, do I have to change it or is it fine if I don't? I know you should but will it impact it severely if I don't? If so, how many times should I change it?

- Answer Yes you can add a ssd, you can also add a m.2 ssd unless the model of motherboard has changed, mine has ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S motherboard.

QuestionHow do you clean the front fans? There are gaps in the glass for air flow, and a mesh catch, but there doesn't seem to be ANY way to get to that front mesh, does it actually require completely removing the fans from behind..?

- Answer Hello, You can either remove the fans from the inside or remove the front panel of the case in order to clean the fans!

- Answer It'll probably be on sale again around the holiday season, as most of the reviews state that they bought it for that price during a Black Friday sale. It might be more advantageous for you to wait until then rather than build your own PC, since when this pc is on sale it'll be around market price for all of it's parts, or maybe even below.

QuestionMy computer is stuck on the ASRock EZ Mode screen and will not boot up windows. When I save and exit from this screen it simply returns to it about 15 seconds later. Is there an easy fix for this?

QuestionI recently bought this computer and everything is amazing besides from the water cooling, and back fan LED lights. The back fan and water cooling don't have LED and I don't want to mess with it. Any help would be appreciated!

- Answer Couple of my lights weren’t coming up, too. I had to open the side cover where all of the cables were and hooked them up for myself. As far as the cpu cooling is concerned, I am not sure if it’s the same. If you don’t want to deal with these, return it and do the equal exchange.

QuestionWhere is the second 3.5" HDD bay? I see one behind the PSU shroud, but it's only large enough for the single drive inside of it.

- Answer A secondary hard drive can be mounted on top of the single bay bracket which houses the current drive. The mounting screw holes should line up allowing you to secure the new drive. You will end up with one drive inside the bay and another on top.
