Q: QuestionThe product specifications list a 1TB HDD. I set up my PC today, yet there is no 1TB HDD in sight. When I go to the "This PC" tab, all that is listed is the 480GB SSD. How do I access the HDD? Is it external? What does it look like?

• A:Answer Open the side panels and at the bottom left(non glass panel) check to make sure SATA cable is fully plugged in HDD. If so make sure the power cable is plugged in HDD. If still no fix make sure SATA cable is also plugged in motherboard(glass panel) Could be a bad HDD too.

• A:Answer Take the front panel with the logo off(use small flat head or fingernail) and work your way from top or bottom and it will come off easy with no damage.Take off side GLASS panel off. Take off the removable screen off the top of the tower and the smaller one under the tower by the feet. Take computer to coldest room of house and set up and launch whatever games that have been crashing. If you are able to play them longer before they crash after you took the steps I stated it means you have a cooling problem. This PC runs hot and any demanding game will crash it. AIO 240 like the Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler OR an air like the Noctua NH-D15S will fit and solve cooling problems. Easy to install 30 minutes tops( plenty of how to vids) and $90 to $120 out of wallet depending on what option you chose. There are cheaper coolers out there but these are the ones I have used and know work. If you dont want to mess with it take it back if you can and go with a CyberpowerPc with same specs because their towers seem to have better airflow.

• A:Answer You can put it where the front three fans are and move them to the top of the case or put it on the top bracket of the case. It has brackets there for up to three fans.

• A:Answer I've personally not had any issues. Does it get a tad hot considering the amount of fans and size of the case - yes. Does it thermal throttle or even get anywhere close to doing so, yet again for me at least - no. Mileage may vary as when i was reading reviews this concerned me as well but these are computers. They are being shipped by people who don't care. Things come loose, things aren't plugged in properly etc, there will always be a few bad apples doesn't mean the tree is bad.

Q: QuestionCan anyone please detail the process to enable TPM 2.0 on this PC? Essentially the Win11 requires enabling TPM 2.0 in BIOS. Did some searching and not really sure on how to enable this. All other minimum-requirements appear to have been met. Please Help!!
