- Answer In the current version of the clock, you need a miracle. They quietly removed all that functionality when they went to the second version, which is the one I have. No app control, no action button. So unless they changed something and went to a V3 (which is possible), it doesn't work.

- Answer Yes. The iBT297 adapter has the US standard Input: 100 - 240V. India uses 220 volts, but you will need the international adapter plug to go into the outlet.

QuestionFor some reason it will start lighting up at random times. For example it was at 2 am for 3 days then it started at 4 am for 2 days and today it started at 3am. I have checked to see if any alarms are set and they aren't Anyone know why this is happening?

- Answer We apologize for the experience you encountered. Please follow these steps to reset the unit. 1. Remove the batteries from the unit. 2. Unplug the unit from its power source (AC adapter). 3. Wait 20 minutes. 4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries). If normal operation is restored, insert "new" batteries into the unit. - Answer 1 CR2450 battery is included for battery backup. Remove the battery pull tab located on the bottom of the unit before using the unit. See page 6 for more on installing and replacing backup batteries.

Questionmy OLD ihome died, and i had my iPOD classic plugged into to play music. can the USB cord be used to hook on the iPOD and play music through THIS device?

QuestionFirst, is the clock display dimmable? Second, I have another ihome that died. It could charge iPhone via the USB port and at the same time I could wake to iPhone music through the home speakers. ( not the ihome alarm ). Can I do so with this clock radio?

- Answer This information can be found on page 8 in the user manual. Setting the Clock 1. Press and hold the Time Set Button on the bottom of the unit for 3 seconds until the clock display flashes and a beep sounds. 2. Press the – or + Buttons to adjust the clock to the current time (hold for rapid setting). Make sure you set the correct AM/PM time. The AM and PM indicators appear to the left of the display. 3. Press the Time Set Button to confirm the time. The year will flash. Press the – or + Buttons to adjust to the current year. 4. Press the Time Set Button to confirm the year. The month will flash. Press the – or + Buttons to adjust to the current month. 5. Press the Time Set Button to confirm the month. The date will flash. Press the – or + Buttons to adjust to the current date. 6. Press the Time Set Button to confirm the date and exit clock setting mode. 2 beeps will confirm clock setting is complete. TIP: To toggle the clock display between standard 12 hour time and 24 hour (“military”) time display, press the Alarm 1 Button or Alarm 2 Button while the display is flashing during clock setting.
