Q: QuestionI purchased the clock December 20, 2024. Love the clock and at first the charger has stopped working. I purchased the Mag phone case to see if that helped. Nope, it didn’t. Is there something I can do to make the charger work again? Thank you

Q: QuestionWill this charging dock charge my iPhone 16 plus with a MagSafe case on it? I currently have the iHome TIMEBASE PRO+ Triple Charging Alarm. No matter the size of the case or how thin/thick the case is, I am unable to charge my phone without taking it out.

• A:Answer Hello, You will be able to charge with this accessory with whatever MagSafe case you use. I currently use a 15 plus with a semi-thick case and it works fine. I don’t know why you are having trouble with a different accessory. Maybe check if it’s MagSafe, and if it is contact iHome
