A:AnswerYou can only play music through the cd player with headphones, other than that you won’t be able to hear audio. What you can do is buy a boombox which are more bulkier but produce sound without headphones!
A:AnswerIf your stereo is up to date, and your stereo has an auxillary channel, set your system to AUX. if it has bo cd player, and no Aux port, it wont work.

A:AnswerYes, the CD player has a 3.5mm aux jack for earbuds. It includes a set of earbuds but they are very cheap so you will want to use your preferred wired headphones or earbuds if possible.
