QuestionI have the 24" Insignia Roku TV. All Roku TVs come with a Roku remote. This means you have to scroll the numbers to see them. The TV is great, the remote stinks. I hate it. Why don't you make a Roku remote specifically designed for Insignia Roku TVs?

- Answer Try this: Changing channels To change channels, you can do any of the following: • Press the UP arrow to change to the next higher channel. • Press the DOWN arrow to change to the next lower channel. • Press the LEFT arrow to display the channel list, and then press the UP and DOWN arrows to move the highlight through the list one channel at a time. Or press REWIND and FAST FORWARD to move the highlight through the list one page at a time. When you’ve highlighted the channel you want to watch, press OK. (If you decide you don't want to change channels, press the RIGHT arrow or BACK button). • Press to switch to the previously tuned channel.

- Answer ROKU is a way to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. It's basically the same as having a Apple TV, chromecast, PS4, Xbox one or firestick. ROKU was the 1st streaming device out years ago. The difference now for this product is that it is integrated into the tv. No need for the seperate box to plug into tv.

- Answer Optimum doesn't have a Roku app. It's only available on Android, iOS, Fire tablets, Windows and macOS laptops. You can, however, login with your Optimum account into other Roku apps (channels) that offer TV Everywhere. https://www.optimum.net/tv/optimum-app/

- Answer Yes, Roku is free but you have to add a credit card since some roku apps cost money or have monthly fees like Netflix. I find plenty to watch free.
