• Yes you can. I plugged in my normal headphones and my Turtle Beach headset and both worked fine.

• yes it has a headphone jack on the side of the tv

• It doesn't have a 3.5 mm outlet. But it has these red and white chinch audio outlets and we use a cable that plugs into these and has a 3.5mm plug on the other side to power an external speaker. I assume you could use such a setup for headphones too.
