- Answer No, but the soundbar turns back on set to whatever input it was on when powered off. You can't just connect to it via bluetooth if it's set to AUX.

- Answer Hi, hope this helps. Red and white analog cable comes in the box with soundbar. However, we bought the optical cable and it works great. However, you may need to check this as we got a new TV when we bought this. Older TV's will need to use the cable in the box. If you have optical outlet on back of your tv then you can use that.

QuestionCan you lower the background music so the voices are louder?

- Answer You will need a 3.1 channel sound bar to do that. On a 3-channel sound bar, the voices will go through the center channel speaker while the music and sound effects go through the left and right speakers. This is a 2-channel sound bar, so that is not possible.

- Answer Should is a subjective response. However I turn it off since I do not know of a reason I would want to let it auto-shut off if I was not using it. Just turn it off.

- Answer I connected my sound bar with an optical connection. I do not think it works with a headphone jack. It does work with a wireless connection/bluetooth.
