A:AnswerWell the only thing I can say is that I have previously bought a sound bar with remote on clearance ( by same brand) and it also works on my upgraded soundbar. You can prob find one on clearance for about $20 or $30 .
A:AnswerI think I had problems with mine as well, but I wasn’t sure if it was me or the product. Keep trying, making sure that the sound bar syncs with the woofer
A:AnswerI thought I had this same problem but it turns out I had pressed the news button and it caps the bass. Maybe try pressing the normal or theatre button and it should fix.

A:AnswerThe main speaker connects but the secodary Bass speaker does not connnect, it comes out error in connection,I tried it with different celulars but with same error issues.
A:AnswerMake sure the subwoofer light is blue. If it's not, the manual has the instructions to connect the subwoofer by pressing some buttons. If the sound bar light is blue, use the remote to adjust the subwoofer volume. You are not always going to hear sound out of the subwoofer especially if your soundbar volume is very low. So turn up the TV volume and see if it kicks in. Adjust the subwoofer volume to taste. It's more of a bass enhancement and spatial effect.
