- Answer The sound bar has two keyhole mounting spots built-in to the back. You should be able to adapt to many mounting options.

QuestionWhere can I find a replacement remote for this? I have tried twice with Best Buy parts as well as researching online and have had no luck

- Answer Well the only thing I can say is that I have previously bought a sound bar with remote on clearance ( by same brand) and it also works on my upgraded soundbar. You can prob find one on clearance for about $20 or $30 .

QuestionBought this soundbar w subwoofer 2 days ago. Now the remote no longer works. I have changed the batteries and unplugged sound bar. Still can't seem to get the remote to work. Don't want to go buy a replacement as i just bought this 2 days ago. Any help?

- Answer I think I had problems with mine as well, but I wasn’t sure if it was me or the product. Keep trying, making sure that the sound bar syncs with the woofer

QuestionHello I have a insignia sound bar and subwoofer 2.1 I read a answer on same issue about adjusting volume on subwoofer by pressing bass then volume but still does not raise subwoofer had over a yr so can it return what are my options thank you.

- Answer I thought I had this same problem but it turns out I had pressed the news button and it caps the bass. Maybe try pressing the normal or theatre button and it should fix.

- Answer The main speaker connects but the secodary Bass speaker does not connnect, it comes out error in connection,I tried it with different celulars but with same error issues.
