A:AnswerSometimes you must hit the pair button on the subwoofer in order for it to pair to the sound bar it's very rarely that that happens but you still have that option to refresh as you would say the connection. So there is a button on the back of the sound bar are not sound bar subwoofer I'm sorry you press it and hold it for about 3 seconds and it'll start flashing rapidly blue and that it means that it's in pairing mode
A:AnswerWell the only thing I can say is that I have previously bought a sound bar with remote on clearance ( by same brand) and it also works on my upgraded soundbar. You can prob find one on clearance for about $20 or $30 .
A:AnswerI think I had problems with mine as well, but I wasn’t sure if it was me or the product. Keep trying, making sure that the sound bar syncs with the woofer
A:AnswerI thought I had this same problem but it turns out I had pressed the news button and it caps the bass. Maybe try pressing the normal or theatre button and it should fix.

A:AnswerThe main speaker connects but the secodary Bass speaker does not connnect, it comes out error in connection,I tried it with different celulars but with same error issues.
