QuestionJust installed the Insignia Dishwasher by the book. When I turned the power back on, all lights on the control bar blinks, then non-responsive / dead. won't run. Is this a defective unit? or a known trouble-shooting situation?

QuestionMy 2 year old DIsh washer won’t start or turn on. The controls are blank - i checked the outlet & it has power. The circuit breaker is fine. Is this a common problem? Is this circuit board issue? I just reset E9 error on prior load. Model NS- DWR2SS8

QuestionI ran a cycle and it cleaned but it left water in the bottom. Then I emptied the water and cleaned the filters and ran it again empty to clean it out and the door started leaking. How do I fix this??

QuestionJust installed this dishwasher yesterday. Ran a test run and it threw code E1 and did not drain the water. Checked drain hose and all clear. Very frustrating. Had to hand bail out the water from the tub. Can't figure out why it won't drain.

- Answer The anti-siphon valve of the air breather on the left side dishwasher is not working when there is drainage siphon. Please knock the air breather several times in order to exhaust air on the drainage pipeline, it will drain out the water normally.

- Answer 1. Please verify you close the door within 4 seconds after pressing “Start/Cancel” button. Otherwise, the dishwasher will not run and will enter energy-saving mode after 3 minutes (the cycle light will be off). 2. Please verify the dishwasher is not on delay mode, and it will also enter energy-saving mode after 3 minutes (the cycle light will be off).

- Answer If there is a blue dotted light to the left of the error code on the display screen, press that button. That should turn off the error code. If that doesn't work, then you need to go to the circuit breakers, flip the switch that corresponds to the dishwasher (turn it off and then on), and then the code should be gone. It's a royal pain to keep doing this. Best Buy should find a "fix" for this and all of us who are dealing with a faulty display screen!

QuestionTrying to install water hook up. Picture shows NS-DWH1WH9 dishwasher hot water hook up in the back, but the threaded connector is in the front. What is the purpose of the black tube in the back and what do i do with it?

- Answer tube in the back is the drain where you connect the drain hose with a clamp. I am having trouble getting the 90 degree elbow in the front to stop dripping water
