It’s possible if your tall enough to safely adjust mount legs from indoors and really careful not to drop locking pins. Lining up the locking pins is the hardest part ( hardest but not very hard) Once mount is locked into place it’s a breez. So it really comes down to how confident you are to not drop those pins from the 3rd floor.
