What is theEnergy Efficiency? null

This is in the instruction video as well.

Is it NOT 15 CEER as others show, it is only 10.9 CEER. I'm looking at the side of the unit as I type. I'm actually considering a return because the Best Buy Blog says Energy Star, but it is NOT, the small print says it "should" comply but isn't actually certified.

I have attached a photo of the energy reference guide for this air conditioner. Specifically the 8000 BTU
