A:Answerdryers apparently don't "come" with a power cord anymore, which I didn't know until recently, but the washer not having a water hose seems a bit off.

If it is make that noise during the waaher cycle you may want a technician to come look at it
A:AnswerCheck the filter plug it’s next to drain line and unscrews to open. Make sure it’s tightly closed. I have had 2 of these and both did not come with filters and they are suposed to. Just another reason to have to call Best Buy again over nonsense. Do yourself a favor and return it. They suck!
A:AnswerRemove the top cap of the agitator. Use a socket with a long extension to remove the bolt or nut, whichever it has and lift the agitator out of the machine
