That is the agitation cycle calibrating its self and level the load of laundry so it doesnt run of balance.
If load is out of balance the washer shut off.

If it is make that noise during the waaher cycle you may want a technician to come look at it
A:AnswerCheck the filter plug it’s next to drain line and unscrews to open. Make sure it’s tightly closed. I have had 2 of these and both did not come with filters and they are suposed to. Just another reason to have to call Best Buy again over nonsense. Do yourself a favor and return it. They suck!
A:AnswerRemove the top cap of the agitator. Use a socket with a long extension to remove the bolt or nut, whichever it has and lift the agitator out of the machine
