A:AnswerCheck the filter plug it’s next to drain line and unscrews to open. Make sure it’s tightly closed. I have had 2 of these and both did not come with filters and they are suposed to. Just another reason to have to call Best Buy again over nonsense. Do yourself a favor and return it. They suck!

A:AnswerThe water resting at the bottom is the obvious symptom but the leak can be coming from anywhere. I recommend double checking the easy and simple things first like the drain hose being connected. If you believe the washier itself is leaking run a cycle and watch. The leak should be fairly easy to locate. Once you know where the leak is you'll be able to move forward with the manufacture or the repair guy.
