A:AnswerDo not use your TV in areas that are too hot or too cold, because the cabinet may warp or the screen may malfunction. Your TV works best in temperatures that are comfortable to you.
A:AnswerBest Buy needs to take this issue up with the manufacturer. There is a problem with the audio chipset on these tv's as well as other brands. This needs to be fixed by the manufacturer(s).
A:AnswerYou have to go to source, than click on HDMI the firestick is on. Example> my stick is on HDMI 1, I click on source, click on HDMI 1, firestick screen comes up; have to use firestick remote when using firestick .
