“Is it normal for brown marks to be on the white slope above what water is remaining in the bin? Everytime I go to add more water or check level I notice these marks. I clean it and then they reappear”

Are you using filter water don’t use Fossett water
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This might help. I use filtered water from my refrigerator. Just fill a small pitcher up from the water thingy and then the water is more 'pure'. I have not had the problem you describe and I think this may be why. Good luck....

Please try again later.Just make sure to wash the inside with a damp, warm cloth and a baking soda solution (two tablespoons in a quart of water), then wipe dry with a dry cloth.
